Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

At Kaya Software, we don't treat accessibility as just a service we sell to clients — we apply the same standard to our own site. This page transparently explains where we currently stand and any gaps that remain.

Conformance standard

This site targets Level AA conformance with version 2.2 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This covers criteria such as full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, and a control to pause auto-playing content.

Concrete measures we've taken

  • Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator on every page
  • Decorative/duplicate elements removed from the screen reader and Tab order
  • An always-available pause/play control for any auto-changing content
  • Meaningful alt text on images, and aria-hidden on decorative ones
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels
  • Focus trapping in modals, with focus returned to the trigger on close

Known limitations

Accessibility isn't a finished task — it's an ongoing process. This site is regularly audited with both automated tools and real screen reader/keyboard testing; issues we find are prioritized and fixed.
